In order to avoid personal injury or machine accident during running of 5 axis CNC machining center, many protections are set in the system PLC. When these protection conditions are triggered, the system will send out a warning or alarm to prompt the operator. Here is a brief introduction to the rapid elimination of alarms.

Emergency stop

In case of machine failure or unexpected action, which may cause personal injury or accident of 5 axis CNC machining center, press the emergency stop button to stop the machine immediately. The key will be locked after being pressed. Rotate the button and press the reste key to release the lock. When the emergency stop button is pressed to stop the machine, the screen will display the fault alarm, and the alarm should be removed before starting again.

Alarm display

Alarms are basically divided into existing alarms and historical alarms

Existing alarms

①Current alarm status of the system;

②When an alarm occurs, the controller will pop up an alarm window to display the current alarm content;

③Click ESC to leave the window;

④If the alarm has not been relieved, click Reset to open the alarm window again；

⑤Switch to the [maintenance] page and the existing alarm will be displayed automatically。

Historical alarms

①For alerts that have occurred in the system, you can check the possible causes of the problem through this page;

②Switch to the maintenance page, click alarm display, and then click historical alarm;

③The alarm will be displayed;

④The smaller the serial number, the closer the alarm occurred;

Alarm output

When the system alarm occurs, it may be necessary to contact the supplier of 5 axis CNC machining center for maintenance. The alarm information can be exported to the external storage device through the alarm export function and fed back to the professional maintenance personnel.
