X axes: horizontal movement of sliding board with tool along crossbeam

Process Introduction

Laser tracking measurement

1. The laser tracker is used to measure the overall size of large parts to ensure the accuracy of assembly parts.
2. Utilize laser instrument to test the overall installation accuracy of the 5-axis CNC router, which can compensate the assembly movement program systematically and ensures high precision motion positioning.

Precision assembly of key parts

1. Use dial indicator to measure and assemble equipment.
2. The assembly includes the assembly of key parts such as rack gear, ballscrew guide rail / motor reducer / main shaft.
3. All the assembly screws of key parts coated with thread fastening adhesive and equipped with double-sided anti-skid gasket.

Performance advantages

High cost of equipment;High power consumption and high energy consumption in working process;
